Special Order Lenses Required

Long wait but was pre-warned about this because I needed prisms in my normal distance prescription (I see double of everything otherwise). Apparently, they needed to go to a different lab for this.
Once shipped however they eventually made it to Canada.

Before these lenses I had been using clear inserts by Zenni and my regular prescription glasses. (Zenni doesn't do prisms in their Q3 inserts). I was scared of scratching the Q3 lenses with my glasses, which is why I had ordered the clear inserts.
The resulting relief of having only the Reloptix inserts was well worth the price I paid.
In retrospect however, I should have waited a few more months for my next optometrist appointment and a possible slight adjustment to my prescription but that's on me.
The inserts, case, customer service communication, all indicate a quality product and company.
I strongly recommend.

Summary: The lenses are superb. Better than my glasses! The hard case they came in was impressive, a premium product feel.

Delivery: Yes, there is a bit of a wait from order to delivery, but the team kept me updated throughout.

Product: Upon arrival I was wowed by the delivery case. The lenses arrived in velvet bags each inside an impressive hard case. Definitely a premium feel.

That being said, if that is where a chunk of the price is going, I think it could be scaled back. Once the lenses are fitted to the headset they aren't going to be coming off that often.

The lenses: Easy to fit (although they had been delivered in the wrong L & R bags) and really good quality, crystal clear. They fit as shown in the video guide, simple.

The lenses are special ordered because of my eyes and the shape of them. This, however did not create a problem as I was sent my lenses and upon placing them in they looked amazing and without any flaws. Very surprised with this asy eye doctor often messed up the lenses for my glasses. Pleased to say that I will be buying a new version for the updated models in the future. Thank you.
